David is passionate about our cause and during his time

as Snappy Patron, he has raised almost £100K to keep

our services running!

David Brown (BEM) is a retired police officer who has worked tirelessly to support children with disabilities during both his career and his retirement. 

David has been Snappy Patron for over 10 years and during this time he has around £100K and ensured that our activities can continue each week for over 65 children!

In 2021, David was awarded the British Empire Medal for his work in the York community. Read more here

 

David continues to embark on new challenges to raise the profile of The Snappy Trust across Yorkshire and generate much needed funds. You can see the latest on his fundraising endeavours in our news section.
